Camp Arrowhead History

Camp Arrowhead since 1937 has been providing campers with an amazing camping experience. Camp Arrowhead originated at the current Glen Arden Camp site when it was agreed to move Arrowhead to a new, large, and spacious campsite 5 miles down the road. This meant that Camp Arrowhead was able to have a sister camp next door. Since then Camp Arrowhead has undergone some spectacular changes, where facilities such as a rock climbing tower and high ropes course were constructed.

Camp Arrowhead was started in 1937 by the Bell family, who are still around Arrowhead today. Over the years, Arrowhead has held the same traditions since it started such as the ongoing friendly battle between the two Arrowhead tribes, the Bootashataloo's and the Chickensaws.

This is still currently under construction and will be updated soon. Check back later to see all about the History of Camp Arrowhead.
