Mike has been around Arrowhead longer than most of the trees at camp. He is a camp legend and overlooks staff and campers alike. Quite a few council fires are graced with his musical talent including blue-grass and other country style songs. He is from Tennessee and plays guitar in a Blue Grass Band.
George has been coming to camp since 2001 and is the resident artist at Arrowhead. George is a fantastic blacksmith and handicraft specialist, and throughout the summer teaches blacksmithing at the specialised blacksmith shop.
Maggie ReynoldsMaggie is the resident camp dog. She likes a splash in the lake and sleeping under the sun. She has been at Arrowhead longer than most campers and has been promoted to head K9. Maggie has her pothole badge but hopefully this year she will gain her Ironman badge. She mostly lives at camp but sometimes during the winter she lives in Hendersonville, NC.
Eva Marie ReynoldsEva is the head nurse at camp. She knows more about the campers health at Arrowhead than most parents do normally. She is a nurse practitioner and lives in Hendersonville.
Sam has been at camp for many years now. She is from England and is head of the horse riding program. She also is in charge of the campers progressions and many other camp facets. Sam has set up the Horse Rangers program where campers adopt a horse and can totally look after one horse for a week.
Jez is from Australia and is a senior staff at Arrowhead. He is a Police Officer in Sydney and has studied Leisure and Health at Sydney University. In his spare time he loves to participate in all outdoor activities. He has been at Arrowhead since 1999 and teaches kayaking, sailing, rock climbing and most outdoor sports.
Matt is a senior staff at Arrowhead and teaches Sailing, Archery, Rifelry, and just about every other activity at camp. He is currently studying postgrad at L.S.U. and has been at Camp Arrowhead since he was a camper himself. Matt is the camp program guru and knows where everyone is all the time.
Jim LigoriJim is a senior staff at Arrowhead and is head of the fishing program. He is a student studying camp leadership and is an EMT. He is originally from Wyoming and is an avid outdoor enthusiast around the Jackson area. While not at camp Jim enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, plus many other outdoor activities. He has been at Camp Arrowhead since 1998.
Becca is in charge of the outdoor pursuits program. She is a student at UNC and has completed a summer course with N.O.L.S. (National Outdoor Leadership School) She teaches rock climbing, high ropes and is a woodsie staff. She has been around Camp Arrowhead since 1996.
Kaya is another of our resident dogs and is first assistant in the blacksmith shop. Kaya is the more experienced dog at camp and has the favourite past time of looking at the back of her eyelids. Kaya enjoys bushwalking and field sports and is in charge of meeting and greeting campers to camp.
Keith is another at camp that has been around camp longer than most of the trees. He was a camper at Arrowhead and now assists with a lot of Activities. You can often see him joking with campers and staff and has an amazing friendly attitude towards everyone. He is a Flight Attendant and lives in Hawaii. He comes to camp with his son and is an ex frisbe pro.
Robert is a student at Mercer University. He has been with Arrowhead since he was a camper and now teaches lacrosse, archery, rifelry, kayaking and rock climbing. He has been state champion in archery and has competed in national archery competitions.
Chris is head of our paddling program (Kayaking). He leads all whitewater kayaking trips and is an experienced grade 5 paddler. He knows every corner on all the rivers he takes trips on. He has been a student at Brevard College and comes from Florida. He has gained scholarships for his soccer skills and has been at Arrowhead since he was a camper.
Jon loves the outdoors. Jon is a great paddler and enjoys getting on the river more than anyone else. He is a grade 5 paddler and has been at camp since he was a camper.
Robert is at school and in his spare time he likes plays lacrosse and go kayaking. Rob has not missed a summer at Camp Arrowhead since coming to camp as a camper in 1994. Rob is from Louisiana and loves Arrowhead.
